With more than 36 years of experience in private and in-home senior care, LaVona is deeply committed to improving the quality of life, safety, and dignity of older adults.

LaVona specializes in assisted living placement, memory care placement, and long-term care referrals, with particular expertise in geriatrics and dementia-related care. Her extensive background allows her to carefully assess medical, cognitive, and emotional needs, ensuring families receive informed and compassionate guidance when exploring senior housing options.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Health, reinforcing her lifelong dedication to advocacy, ethical care navigation, and supporting vulnerable populations. LaVona’s approach to elder care placement is rooted in education, transparency, and empathy—helping families understand care levels, costs, and next steps while reducing stress and uncertainty.
